Jordan Hicks is the 2nd generation of Hicks Construction Inc., having grown up on the job site with his dad. He often spent summers working for the company while Jordan was still in middle and high school.

After high school, Jordan spent a few years honing his craft with the mentorship of some extremely talented tradesmen before joining his dad again here at Hicks Construction Inc. in the early 2000s.

Jordan has spent the past 25 years crafting his trade by participating in every aspect of home construction. His extensive knowledge in building is bolstered by his creativity and ability to bring a client’s vision to life.

Hicks Construction Inc. was founded in 1979 by Jerry Hicks. Jerry’s building resume spans from residential remodeling to spec homes and land development. He has proved himself to be a jack of all trades and a master craftsman. Jerry has taken his passion and applied that to constructing, remodeling, and renovating. He has worked for almost every type of client, budget, and project size. His ability to meet the needs of his clients inspired him to create a design-build firm.

Tonya has been in the construction and accounting industry for 34 years in the Seattle area. She has also been with Hicks Construction for the past 13 years. Tonya excels at and enjoys putting together the puzzle pieces of accounting and reconciliation. In her spare time, Tonya enjoys her family, gardening, and travel.
